Eleventy Milano offers a sophisticated return process for items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. We ensure your experience remains seamless and aligned with our commitment to Italian craftsmanship and quality.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Access our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Carefully place the unworn items with all original tags and security seals intact inside the original shipping box or a similar secure container.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the provided pre-paid shipping label and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once our atelier inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
